"GODIVA Club Card Program", is a royalty program that have been executed by Dank Gıda A.Ş. with the mechanism of collecting and spending points. Dank Gıda, reserves to make amendment’s of the program rules and to terminate the program. Any amendments on the program shall be notified by updating the web site of www.godivatr.com Following up the updated conditions is under responsibility of the users.
Everyone over the age of eighteen may apply for the "GODIVA Club Card Program". Application for the card may be executed individually on the web site of www.godivatr.com or by completing an application form from the GODIVA stores. Applications from GODIVA Customer Services (444 8 438) shall not be accepted. Card is not valid in Duty Free and abroad stores. Likewise, GODIVA cards that have been obtained from abroad stores cannot collect points in Turkey and already available points cannot be used in Turkey.
In order to be a member of “GODIVA Club Card Program”, customers applied from the stores shall share the following information; name, surname, GSM number, address, gender, date of birth and the chocolate type they enjoy the most. Aside from these information, customers shall also state whether they are allowing GODIVA to communicate with them and if they are allowing the aforesaid, the method of interaction and channels for communications. In order to make an application from the web site, then customers should have sign in in www.godivatr.com web site. In the registration process, in addition to the information stated above, customers also shall enter their electronic mail addresses and determine a password for themselves.
Customers may register to the program one with same electronic mail address, they are not allowed to register different accounts with the same electronic mail address.
Customers are obligated to give correct and valid information during the participation to the program. In the event of incorrect or invalid information, then the applications shall no longer be valid.
Delivery of the card shall be executed within twenty one days of the application to the address stated on the application form. In the event of inability for execution of the delivery to the relevant person, then the customers shall be called with a telephone for two times. Upon address confirmation, another delivery shall be executed for the new address. If new delivery is also not successful and the customer is not able to receive the delivery, then return correspondence from the card owner shall be waited.
Customers that have been using “GODIVA Club Card Program” shall collect “GODIVA Gold Points” from their purchases and may use these points as discounts in their following purchases.
Card owners will collect “GODIVA Gold Points” for 2% from the Turkish Lira amount from their purchases. One (1) Turkish Lira is equal to Hundred (100) GODIVA Gold Point. Collected points shall be evaluated as Turkish Liras and shall be spent as Turkish Liras. Points cannot be converted to cash.
Point collected within the line of this program will be valid for two years from the date of collection of the point.
In order to collect points and spend the collected points from the stores within the scope of “GODIVA Club Card Program”, the card shall be shown in purchasing transactions.
In order to collect points and spend the collected points from the internet within the scope of “GODIVA Club Card Program” customers are required to subscribe and become members of the www.godivatr.com web site.
Card owners shall be informed with priority via electronic mail/SMS/mail for the campaigns, opportunities and novelties tailored especially for them.
All customers subscribing to the program from the stores or by the internet will collect points or receive gifts as “welcome gift” on their first purchase.
Card owners may examine their points in their accounts by means of GODIVA stores, www.godivatr.com web site or GODIVA Customer Services (444 8 438).
Card owners will collect additional points or periodically determined gifts for their first purchase within the thirty days of their birthday.
In the event of product return or change collected points will be removed from the customer accounts.
When GODIVA Club Card is lost or stolen, the card owner shall be responsible. Card owner is required to notify the GODIVA Customer Services (444 8 438) abovementioned situations.
Participants are obligated to update their membership information.
From the time of customers to apply for the “GODIVA Club Card Program”, all customers apply the correspondences with GODIVA such as approval communication to be executed with them at the approval period (via SMS or electronic mail), “Welcome” communication (via electronic mail or mail) all information validation (via telephone call) regarding GODIVA Club Card application form information that may be executed before and after the submission of the GODIVA Club Card. All these correspondences shall be within the campaign correspondence. For the customers that have been declared that they do not want any campaign correspondences at the time of the application; there will not be any communication except the GODIVA Club card submission period.
“GODIVA Club Card Program” members that have been campaign correspondences at the time of the application will be subjected to correspondences by the communication channels that they have chosen at the application form (electronic mail, cell phone or mail channels).
All the benefits that are the members are subjected to cannot be merged with other programs. All individuals that have been participating in this program shall be deemed to have accepted the participation conditions.
